Partnering for Progress
The East Tennessee Economic Development Agency (ETEDA) partners with the State of Tennessee’s Economic and Community Development Department (ECD) and the Tennessee Valley Authority to provide information and assistance in the site location process.
Other regional partners include East Tennessee Economic Council (ETEC), East Tennessee Development District (ETDD), East Tennessee Realtors, the University of Tennessee (UT), Oak Ridge National Lab (ORNL), the Tennessee Advanced Energy Business Council (TAEBC), Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority (MKAA), and many others.
In addition, ETEDA partners with the local economic developers in the 15-county region who are also members of the ETEDA Advisory Committee. In partnership with these community leaders, we work together to serve as an invaluable resource for the region’s prosperity and growth—ensuring East Tennessee remains a premier destination for investment and expansion.
