The East Tennessee Economic Development Agency (ETEDA) is the economic development marketing organization for the 15 counties in the Knoxville region of East Tennessee.

The partnership of the East Tennessee Development Agency (ETEDA), the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), and the State of Tennessee’s Economic and Community Development Department (ECD) provides free, tailored, confidential assistance at every step of the site location process. 

The co-located team presents an easily accessible, single point of contact to businesses and consultants during their site selection process.
